About Bill

Bill Wylson is the author of over 45 published works dealing with family values, religious issues and religious education. His work has appeared in The Ensign, This People, Liberty Magazine, Success, and many others. 

Bill graduated from the Columbia School of Broadcasting in Hollywood, CA as a commercial copywriter. He wrote trade journal ads for a major advertising agency in Los Angeles and public service announcements for a Los Angeles television station. He also wrote and produced corporate video presentations. Bill has written and edited policy and procedure manuals, company newsletters, brochures, employee handbooks, job descriptions, resumes, press releases, and public service announcements. He has also worked as a grant writer for various non-profit agencies, developing and implementing million dollar programs supported by local, state and federal funds.

He has served as a volunteer Board Member of Advocates of Single Parent Youth, Special Fun Games for the Disabled, and on the Boards of Arts and Theater Councils. He has also served on Advisory Committees for the Volunteer Center of Los Angeles and on the United Way Government Affairs Committee.

Bill served a full-time mission in Cordoba, Argentina. He has also taught Seminary classes, Gospel Doctrine classes, Elders’ Quorums and High Priest Quorums. Bill has served in three Elders’ Quorum presidencies, one High Priests' Group and two Bishoprics.

Bill Wylson currently lives in Salt Lake City, Utah.
